Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACVR2B-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACVR2B-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ACVR2B-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACVR2B-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and KIRC show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRC, and BRCA are the cancer types where ACVR2B-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
