ACVR2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,956 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1orf198, MTA1_S449, and PARP14. Each is linked with ACVR2A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR2A-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACVR2A versus C1orf198 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
