ACVR2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,628 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMEM11, CLASP1_S572, and TMEM41B. Each is linked with ACVR2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR2A-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACVR2A versus TMEM11 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
