ACVR1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,796 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, HNRNPU, and TCEA3. Each is linked with ACVR1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR1B-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACVR1B versus SMC1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
