Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACVR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Cyclin-B1, and c-Myc. Each is linked with ACVR1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR1B-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR1B results are reported.
