Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACVR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,799 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACVR1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-threonine phosphorylation, Peptidyl-threonine modification, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with ACVR1B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR1B-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-threonine phosphorylation grouped by ACVR1B-low versus ACVR1B-high in KIDNEY.
