ACVR1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACVR1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D21, LILRA1, and KRT71. Each is linked with ACVR1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR1B-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D21 grouped by ACVR1B-low versus ACVR1B-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
