Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTRT3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 758 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTRT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are QARS1, NCAPG, and OR7G1. Each is linked with ACTRT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTRT3-to-partner and partner-to-ACTRT3 results are reported.
