Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,945 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACTR6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN11, KDM1A, and SCYL2. Each is linked with ACTR6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR6-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTR6 versus PTPN11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
