ACTR6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTR6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,818 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL42, SCYL2, and THAP5. Each is linked with ACTR6 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR6-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTR6 versus MRPL42 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
