Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTR3P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACTR3P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ACTR3P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTR3P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and STAD show a favorable association.
COAD, ESCA, and BLCA are the cancer types where ACTR3P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
