ACTR3C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR3C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1252P, RNA5SP72, and RNU105C. Each is linked with ACTR3C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR3C-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1252P grouped by ACTR3C-low versus ACTR3C-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
