Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR3BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,040 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACTR3BP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monocarboxylic acid biosynthetic process, Reactive oxygen species metabolic process, and Maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with ACTR3BP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR3BP1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR3BP1 results are reported.
