ACTR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,547 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are JPT1, PAIP2B, and BCKDHB. Each is linked with ACTR3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR3-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTR3 versus JPT1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
