ACTR3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,134 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPN, IFFO1, and ITK. Each is linked with ACTR3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR3-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTR3 versus SPN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
