ACTR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,451 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPLP1, RNU6-618P, and BPY2DP. Each is linked with ACTR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR3-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPLP1 grouped by ACTR3-low versus ACTR3-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
