ACTR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,846 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1213P, RNU6-180P, and RN7SL794P. Each is linked with ACTR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1213P grouped by ACTR2-low versus ACTR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
