ACTL8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTL8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,042 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASF1, GPRC5A, and HHIPL1. Each is linked with ACTL8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTL8-to-partner and partner-to-ACTL8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTL8 versus WASF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
