Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTL7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,275 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACTL7B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Negative regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with ACTL7B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTL7B-to-partner and partner-to-ACTL7B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial gene expression grouped by ACTL7B-low versus ACTL7B-high in STAD.
