Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTL7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,675 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACTL7B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, mRNA splice site recognition, and Negative regulation of protein oligomerization. Each is linked with ACTL7B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTL7B-to-partner and partner-to-ACTL7B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pre-mRNA catabolic process grouped by ACTL7B-low versus ACTL7B-high in BONE.
