ACTL7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTL7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,526 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTL7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF2, PHKA1_S758, and PREX1_S1256. Each is linked with ACTL7A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTL7A-to-partner and partner-to-ACTL7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTL7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTL7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
