Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTL6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,220 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTL6A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Mitotic chromosome condensation. Each is linked with ACTL6A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTL6A-to-partner and partner-to-ACTL6A results are reported.
