ACTL10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,659 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTL10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, RALY, and RBBP8NL_S487. Each is linked with ACTL10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTL10-to-partner and partner-to-ACTL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTL10 versus ADNP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
