ACTG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 270 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1976, RN7SL479P, and RPS27P22. Each is linked with ACTG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTG2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1976 grouped by ACTG2-low versus ACTG2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
