Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTG1P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACTG1P9 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ACTG1P9 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTG1P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and KIRC show a favorable association.
COAD, PAAD, and STAD are the cancer types where ACTG1P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
