ACTG1P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTG1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,910 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTG1P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRN2, ILF2, and TRMT6. Each is linked with ACTG1P3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTG1P3-to-partner and partner-to-ACTG1P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTG1P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTG1P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
