Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTG1P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACTG1P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ACTG1P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTG1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and READ show a favorable association.

KIRC, KIRP, and UVM are the cancer types where ACTG1P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
