ACTG1P24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTG1P24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,130 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTG1P24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP4_T101, MEN1, and SIN3A. Each is linked with ACTG1P24 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTG1P24-to-partner and partner-to-ACTG1P24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTG1P24→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTG1P24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
