Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTG1P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,318 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACTG1P14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLGRKT, CDC37L1, and DENND4C. Each is linked with ACTG1P14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTG1P14-to-partner and partner-to-ACTG1P14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTG1P14 versus PLGRKT in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTG1P14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTG1P14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
