Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTG1P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,763 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACTG1P13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of plasminogen activation, Positive regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of peptidase activity. Each is linked with ACTG1P13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTG1P13-to-partner and partner-to-ACTG1P13 results are reported.
