ACTG1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTG1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,222 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTG1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, ZNF148, and PAXBP1. Each is linked with ACTG1P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTG1P1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTG1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTG1P1 versus GTF2I in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTG1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTG1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
