ACTC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,686 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO2, MYH11, and TAGLN. Each is linked with ACTC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTC1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTC1 versus SYNPO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
