Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTBP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,714 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACTBP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, Regulation of neural precursor cell proliferation, and Cell cycle G1/S phase transition. Each is linked with ACTBP6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTBP6-to-partner and partner-to-ACTBP6 results are reported.
