Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTBP6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACTBP6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher ACTBP6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTBP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and READ show a favorable association.
OV, STAD, and KIRP are the cancer types where ACTBP6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
