ACTBP12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTBP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,411 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTBP12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUF60, DNAJB4, and DTX3L_S202. Each is linked with ACTBP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTBP12-to-partner and partner-to-ACTBP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTBP12 versus PUF60 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTBP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTBP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
