Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTBP12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACTBP12 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ACTBP12 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTBP12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and CESC show a favorable association.

COAD, STAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where ACTBP12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
