ACSS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,063 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB31, DDAH1, and RAP1GAP. Each is linked with ACSS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSS1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSS1 versus RAB31 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
