ACSS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,332 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAUR, PLAU, and TNFAIP6. Each is linked with ACSS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSS1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSS1 versus PLAUR in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
