Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, STAT5a, and ATM. Each is linked with ACSS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSS1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSS1 results are reported.
