Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACSS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,757 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Short-chain fatty acid biosynthetic process, Short-chain fatty acid metabolic process, and Cellular respiration. Each is linked with ACSS1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSS1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSS1 results are reported.
