ACSM2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSM2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,441 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSM2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, LGALS2, and KDELR3. Each is linked with ACSM2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM2B-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSM2B versus UPB1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSM2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSM2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
