ACSM2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSM2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,029 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSM2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1, KNSTRN, and GTSE1. Each is linked with ACSM2B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM2B-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNB1 grouped by ACSM2B-low versus ACSM2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSM2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSM2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
