The most reproducible ACSM2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Basophil activation, NK T cell differentiation, and Negative regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with ACSM2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM2B-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM2B results are reported.
