ACSM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,623 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSM3, TMC4, and TLR3. Each is linked with ACSM1 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSM1 versus ACSM3 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
