ACSM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACSM1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,221 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF507, ADAMTSL1, and CNTROB. Each is linked with ACSM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF507 grouped by ACSM1-low versus ACSM1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
