The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ACSL4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACSL4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where ACSL4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
