ACSL3-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSL3-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,059 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSL3-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSL3, COQ10B, and CHASERR. Each is linked with ACSL3-AS1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSL3-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSL3-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSL3-AS1 versus ACSL3 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSL3-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSL3-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
