ACSF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,435 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGCL, TMEM51_S192, and CAPS. Each is linked with ACSF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSF2-to-partner and partner-to-ACSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSF2 versus HMGCL in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
