Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,606 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAD, FANCI, and TICRR. Each is linked with ACSF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSF2-to-partner and partner-to-ACSF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSF2 versus CHAD in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
