ACSF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 695 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL18AP8, MRPS16P2, and RPL35AP34. Each is linked with ACSF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSF2-to-partner and partner-to-ACSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL18AP8 grouped by ACSF2-low versus ACSF2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
